Articles of incorporation
Headquarters and addresses of the association:
1- The association has taken a temporary registered office at the following address: 514 – 350, Boul. De la Côte-Vertu, VSL, H4N 1E2
2- The association shall have the right to take another head office in Montreal or in another city or region of the province of Quebec, or branches and offices in all Canadian provinces and throughout the world.
3- The association has adopted the following email address for its correspondence and communications: <info@cadi-caid.net>. It may adopt other e-mail addresses as needed.
The Association will have its own website domain on the international information network (Internet), through which it presents itself and communicates with other parts of the world
Rules of Procedure
The General Assembly:
Article One: The General Assembly is composed of all associate members who have paid annual membership fees, including the founders, members of the Board of Directors, and members of the administrative body, and honorary members are not considered among them.
Article Two: The General Assembly meets once every three years at the invitation of the Board of Directors.
Article Three: The Board of Directors appoints four members of the general assembly to join the administrative body, in addition to the three founding members of the body.
